It’s great news that Storage Plymouth on Embankment Road is now constantly running at capacity, when one tenant leaves we have a waiting list to fill the containers but we are not sitting idle, we are currently in discussions over two sites now, not just the Plympton site that we have alluded to recently. Unfortunately there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes such as access roads etc that make these discussions protracted. Hopefully we will have more news in the New Year as to when these sites can potentially get up and running.
